Our office is located in northern Sioux Falls at 1608 West Russell Street. We are across the street, to the north, of the Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center and Sheraton Hotel. If you are accessing 1-29, exit on the Russell Street ramp (Exit 81) and proceed east for approximately two (2) miles. At West Avenue, turn left onto the frontage road and our office sign will be visible (green sign - brown brick building).

An alternate route to our office is also available from Minnesota Avenue. Proceed north on Minnesota Avenue to Russell Street (south of Sioux Falls Regional Airport); left on Russell Street and travel west until you reach the second traffic light. At the second traffic light, turn right then immediately left onto the frontage road. (Our green business sign and brown brick building will be visible from this traffic light.)

This call will enable us to schedule a telephonic appointment for a brief interview prior to your office appointment, to ensure you bring all necessary documentation with you to your appointment. We have many appointments, deadlines and schedules that may keep us from effectively responding to walk-in clients. Since it is our desire to be here to help... we can accomplish this best by setting up an appointment and having time to get to know you and your situation.
